Here's How it Works

Every week, we conduct tours of approximately six homes each. The tours last for about 2-3 hours, are well-organized and efficient. Tours are much more convenient and productive for both buyers and sellers, since it gives buyer's agents a first-hand opportunity to preview potential homes that match their client's home buying criteria. Viewing a home in person is much more productive than looking at pictures on the internet!

If a buyer agent views a home on the tour that has a client that may be interested in your home, a second private showing can easily be scheduled for them (often later in the same day or evening).
